We are looking for a Data Engineer with a couple years of experience for a remote opportunity!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize a BI dashboard to identify and evaluate commercial and residential properties.
• Handle the flow of a dynamic order queue and ensure they are processed and sent within a designated time frame.
• Distinguish salient property facts using internal and third-party websites.
• Use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Earth to streamline report generation workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Think creatively and outside the box to solve complex problems and identify new approaches to tasks and projects.
• Be comfortable with repetitive tasks within your daily workflow.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• One plus years of experience in commercial real estate 
• Outstanding attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
• One plus years of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Maps
• Understanding of commercial and residential property valuation principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
